At Charlie brown Hairdressing we believe foil is the best material for use with an off the scalp application. And that is why we use no other. Colour is applied much closer to the root that with other mesh techniques. Heat is retained to help the colour take better.

Each packet of hair can be individually lightened, darkened or tonally changed in a variety of techniques.
Listed below is a description of standard techniques. Your stylist or technicians artistry will adapt these techniques to better complement your hairstyle.

Spot Colour- As it says this for a specific area.
Flying Colours- An introduction to colour or way to compliment a style. Foils are scattered or placed thru partings
Half Head Foil- Foils cover half of the head. best on short or when length has colour. In-between full heads.
Full Head Foil- covers the entire head giving a dramatic or overall effect.
